Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Damaged Packages
We follow the policies and claims processes of the selected shipping carrier for lost or damaged shipments.

Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, we will allow time for the carrier to complete an investigation before considering replacement or further action.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:

    Once reviewed, we will process a replacement or reimbursement as appropriate.

Incorrect or Changed Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • Address changes can be made before the order is transferred to the carrier
  • Once the package is with the carrier, customers may:
    • Contact the carrier directly, or
    • Reach out to us for assistance

If an incorrect address is provided and results in reshipment:

  • Reshipping fees are the responsibility of the customer
