Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In addition, we offer a 45 day satisfaction guarantee on all Elusive Wildlife or Kill Light branded products. Items must be returned in "like new" condition. Any items returned in a condition otherwise are subject to up to a 20% restocking fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Our daily shipping cutoff time is 2:30pm CST. This allows us time to prepare orders from that day before our shipping carries begin to pickup. Orders placed before 2:30pm CST with an express, overnight or expedited shipping option selected will ship the day the order is placed. Express or expedited orders placed after 2:30pm CST will be shipped the following day excluding weekends and holidays. All other orders ship within 1-3 days after the order is placed with the exception of orders placed after 2:30pm on Friday or on weekends. These orders will ship the following week. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are dimensional weight-based. Shipping is calculated by the shipping company you select without any additional handling fees for most products. Oversized items or items requiring special handling or packaging requirements may have additional fees. Items that require freight shipment (feeders, blinds, etc.) will not have freight calculated online. Please call for freight a freight quote.
